District 201Q2Welcome to District 201Q2 in North Queensland and Papua New Guinea. We currently have 67 Lions Clubs, 12 Lioness Clubs and 4 Leo Clubs working with the community throughout our large District.

District Governors Objectives
My goals for this year are: 1. Our Youth our Future. Grow numbers of Young people (under 35's) by 10% and improve mentoring, training and encouraging the youth generally 2. Emphasis on club care and retention, and promote district and club membership growth. Grow numbers of members by 10% and reduce attrition by 5% 3. Fellowship/ Club interaction/cooperation. Happy productive clubs and club projects. Promotion and recognition of these activities 4. Promote all aspects of Lions and encourage clubs to promote themselves and their activities. 5. Invigorate and encourage all members to be positive and give credit where credit is due 6. Try new ways to make meetings enjoyable and fun 7. Extension - new club opportunities 8. All Lions who are comfortable in doing so can invite one new member into Lions, - personally 9. Helping/supporting and encouraging clubs that are struggling.
